Under this agreement, Inkriti will deploy its Global Delivery Model to manage and maintain the e-business websites for Redcats USA. The Redcats model requires regular changes and upgrades on the e-business websites - adding products, promotions and features that will help to grow their business. Inkriti will help Redcats leverage the existing web content management system to respond quickly to the growing business requirements. The project is aimed at upgrading both the front end user interface and the backend business framework - making the application efficient and enrich the customer experience.
The partnership will ensure Redcats USA addresses the demands of close monitoring and quality assurance on their websites with a flexible and low-cost model based on Inkriti's Global Delivery Model. This will also allow Redcats USA to deploy flexible timing for website maintenance during off peak hours and employ variable IT efforts based on requirements. Inkriti expects to reduce Redcats USA's IT spending on the e-business websites by 65% owing to this flexible and low-cost delivery arrangement.
