Case Study - Infographix – Web-based Order Management Portal

 The Client

Infographix is a midsized supplier of marketing materials to large financial firms in Massachusetts. They have a sales office and a warehouse to handle this operation. They had a manual and labor intensive phone based order taking process , which they were interested in upgrading, to offer more customer self-service features.

So, they were intereste in building a web-based solution whereby their customers could place orders online and also track their order status online. Furthermore, they were interested in upgrading their old proprietary ERP system to a completely new web-based system.

They selected Inkriti for their proven expertise in delivering high transactional e-business systems on-time and on-budget.
